REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Cancellations

All our products are created to order, which means they are produced specifically per customer request. Once you validate your order, it is transmitted to the production facility where it enters the creation pipeline. For this reason we are limited in our possibilities to issue refunds or process cancellations.
Please read the item's descriptions carefully and check all possibly available options before you place your order. Colours may potentially vary slightly due to monitor settings.

Returns and Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges will be issued if an error was made on our part, as long as you let us know within 3 days after delivery. Refunds or exchanges will be sent to the original source of payment or delivery. In case an exchange or return is approved by us, we will let you know via email. Returns received without our approval will not be processed for refund or exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged before use. Exchanges will only be made for the exact same product (including color, size, etc). Please do not send back any packages without having contacted us first.
